Judge issues arrest warrant for 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (FOX 11) - A judge has issued an arrest warrant for a "Real Housewives of Orange County" star.

Gina Kirschenheiter, 34, was charged earlier in the month with driving under the influence. Her blood alcohol level was .20 -- above the legal limit of .08.

The 34-year-old reality star apologized on Instagram saying she'll never drink and drive again.

Kirschenheiter was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday but didn't show up, so an Orange County Superior Court judge issued a warrant for her arrest.
