Rams player Brandin Cooks surprises team employee with Super Bowl tickets
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11) - As the Los Angeles Rams prepare for Super Bowl LIII, they are making sure to show appreciation to everyone who helped get them there.
A Rams employee named Alfonso was called into an office, a little unsure about the reason behind the meeting. Waiting for him with a special surprise was wide receiver Brandin Cooks.
Video posted to Twitter shows Cooks presenting Alfonso with two tickets to Super Bowl LIII and round-trip airfare to Atlanta.
"You are special what you do around here, and everything that you do doesn't go unnoticed, so we thank you for that and would love for you to join us," Cooks told Alfonso.
Alfonso, who keeps the Rams facility in "tip-top shape," was completely shocked and said he plans to take his son to the big game.
The Rams face the New England Patriots on Feb. 3 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
