Deputies investigate mysterious death of man inside Santa Clarita home

(FOX 11/CNS) - Sheriff's detectives were investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found on Sunday in Santa Clarita, according to a deputy.

The man's body was discovered in the 23600 block of Via Valer just before 4 p.m., Deputy Juanita Navarro-Suarez.

The man was dead at the scene, Navarro-Suarez said.

His name was withheld pending notification of kin. How the man died, was not released by the sheriff's department.

Anyone with information on this man's death was asked to call the Sheriff's Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500.
