One of Texas' 10 Most Wanted fugitives arrested in Woodland Hills
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. (FOX 11) - One of Texas' 10 Most Wanted fugitives was arrested early Tuesday in Woodland Hills after posting a live video on social media, authorities said.
Christopher Gonzalez, 18, who is also known as "Little Chris," was arrested after a short pursuit and foot chase in Woodland Hills.
Gonzalez is a documented gang member who is wanted by police in Dallas for murder and a series of home invasion robberies. Authorities said he posted a live video on social media showing off his weapons, including a shotgun, which led police to his location.
Gonzalez and a second man fled authorities in a rented SUV where it crashed near Serrania Avenue and Wells Drive in Woodland Hills.
The two fled on foot and were found hiding in different places by canine officers. Both men were taken to the hospital to be checked out for bite wounds.
The second suspect was not immediately identified.
