Vehicle crashes into fire truck in Watts area of Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (FOX 11) - A vehicle crashed into a Los Angeles Fire Department paramedic truck in the area of 103rd Street and Central Avenue in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles late Thursday night.

The vehicle may have also collided with parked cars, according to Los Angeles police. At least four vehicles were involved.

Injuries were reported but the extent of those injuries is unknown at this time.

Officers responded to the crash scene around 10:25 p.m., where they located several vehicles, including the paramedic truck, that had been struck by another vehicle, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

It was unclear if the LAFD truck was responding to a call.

No arrests were reported and the cause of the accident was under investigation.
