Woman injured in Simi Valley home invasion robbery
SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (FOX 11) - Police were looking for two suspects involved in a home invasion robbery Wednesday night in Simi Valley.
Police said the incident was reported around 10 p.m. Wednesday at a home in the 3200 block of Calusa Avenue. Two men entered the home through an unlocked sliding glass door and made their way to a woman's bedroom.
Authorities said the suspects woke the victim up at gunpoint and hit her with a pistol several times.
The robbers took cash and other items from the home, police said.
