A black-owned food truck that has been feeding frontline workers during the pandemic is now back in full operation throughout Los Angeles.

“Fraiches Signatures” has an extensive menu from Mediterranean, Caribbean to Asian fusion cuisine.

Its owner "Chef E-Dubble" was born and raised in Los Angeles.

In addition, the Dorsey High School alum attended Le Cordon Blue in France and finished his culinary education at LA Trade Tech.

Chef E-Dubble showed FOX 11's Bob DeCastro some of his signature dishes including salmon and garlic noodles, shrimp and grits, and peach cobbler waffles!
