A lawsuit from several small businesses calling the state's shutdown orders unconstitutional.

LOS ANGELES - A new lawsuit has been filed by a coalition of small local businesses against state lawmakers.

They claim it was unconstitutional for authorities to decide which businesses are “essential” and “non-essential” when it came to the shutdown.
