3 family members dead in New Year's Eve crash

Jose Pascagaza, Luisa Bernal, and 5-year-old Mia Pascagaza were all killed after their car was T-boned on New Year's Eve. Police said the driver who hit them blew through a stop sign. The only survivor is a 1-year-old girl, and most of her family is back in Colombia.
