Shooting victim who crashed car afterwards dies at hospital
A man who was shot while driving in Compton has died at the hospital.
LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. - A man is dead after someone shot him in the middle of a drive in Compton.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to a call of a shooting near the 1400 block of North Long Beach Boulevard. According to LASD, the man crashed into another car seconds after he was shot.
The man who was shot was rushed to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
As of Saturday afternoon, officials have not released the identity of the person shot to death.
No arrests have been announced in the shooting, as of Saturday evening.
