2 Mega Millions tickets worth $560,600 each sold in California
LOS ANGELES - Feeling lucky?
While no one hit the big $619 million Mega Millions lottery jackpot in Tuesday night's drawing, two lucky people in California are more than half a million dollars richer.
Two tickets matching 5 numbers worth $560,601 each were sold. One was purchased at Hill Street Cafe on N. Hill Street in Los Angeles, and the other at the 7-Eleven on W. 5th Street in Holtville.
The winning numbers for the Dec. 10 drawing were 12, 14, 26, 48, 52, and Mega 21.
The next drawing for the Mega Millions jackpot now worth an estimated $670 million will be held on Friday, Dec. 13.

There are 334 million reasons to dream, especially what you would do with the jackpot money. However, one thing all lottery winners have to take into account is the fact that their prizes will be taxed.
So how much do you really get after taxes?
It depends on a couple of factors: do you have to pay state taxes where you live? Will you take the lump sum payment or the annuity payout?
According to Mega Millions' website, those electing to take the annuity option get one immediate payment followed by 29 annual payments, a process that is identical to Powerball with their payouts.
