500 pounds of fireworks found in vehicle
The driver of a Toyota Prius was issued a citation after San Bernardino Police found 500 pounds of illegal fireworks inside.
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. - Just a week before Fourth of July, San Bernardino Police officers seized 500 pounds of illegal fireworks while searching a vehicle.
Officers conducted a traffic stop of a Toyota Prius only to find a cache of fireworks inside.
Police say the fireworks were worth $4,000. They were confiscated and the driver was issued a citation.
