710 Freeway shutdown near 91 Freeway due to flooding
NORTH LONG BEACH, Calif. (FOX 11) - Both directions of the 710 Freeway were closed Wednesday afternoon at 91 Freeway in the North Long Beach area due to flooding.
The flooding was around 2:20 p.m. on the northbound 710 Freeway at the transition to the 91 Freeway.
All lanes were shutdown on the north and southbound side of the 710, officials said.
The nearby Compton area was also experiencing flooding. SkyFOX flew over high water levels on surface streets near the 19000 block of South Reyes Avenue.
