9 injured, one dead in mass shooting in Towson: officials

A mass shooting occurred Tuesday night in Towson, Maryland, officials say. 

Officials say nine individuals were injured and one dead after a mass shooting at a funeral home Tuesday night. 

Officials said that the first police officer on the scene found a car on its side and on fire. Baltimore County Fire Department was alerted. 

Officers searched the scene and found multiple victims. Nine injured individuals were transported to area hospitals. 

Officials say there is no threat to the public, and the shooting was "intentional and targeted." 

Live video from the scene shows a large police presence along Loch Raven Boulevard. 

The investigation is ongoing.
