(FOX 11) - Remember on the first Friday of June when it was National Donut Day? Apparently, Nov. 5 is National Donut Day -- again.
Not that we mind because donuts (or doughnuts) are delicious, but do we need two days?
The June holiday celebrates the donut and honors the Salvation Army women who served the delicious treats to soldiers during World War I, according to NationalDayCalendar.com.
The lesser known November donut day was created as a way for national food councils to sell goods, the Huffington Post suggests.
Regardless, we'll still celebrate!
