California fires live video: Watch Los Angeles webcams
LOS ANGELES - California wildfire season has come early, with wind-whipped flames racing across some of the most iconic communities in Los Angeles. Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, the Hollywood Hills, Pasadena, Altadena, and even parts of the San Fernando Valley are currently being threatened or have already burned.

Mount Wilson
The live camera shows Mount Wilson, one of the peaks in the San Gabriel Mountains near Pasadena, within the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument and Angeles National Forest in Los Angeles, and home of the famed Mount Wilson Observatory.

Santa Monica
The live camera in Santa Monica, California can be moved to show Santa Monica Beach, Palisades Park, or the famed Santa Monica Pier.

The live camera at Los Angeles International Airport shows a wide view of LAX and traffic flowing around the airport, along with air quality from the nearby fires.

Ontario Airport
The live camera at Ontario Airport is east of downtown Ontario in San Bernardino County, California, which is east of Los Angeles. The airport primarily serves the San Bernardino and Riverside areas.

Catalina Island
The live camera shows the eastern end of Catalina Island, which is off the coast of SoCal. There have been no fires reported there but the view shows air quality and regional smoke levels around Casino Point and the ferry terminal.
