LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. - A two-hour-long car chase finally came to an end – but not before the suspect drove in circles across Los Angeles County and refused to surrender despite getting into five different PIT maneuvers from deputies.
SkyFOX was over Compton where multiple Los Angeles County deputy cruisers surrounded the suspect sedan, a vehicle that is believed to be stolen. The scene comes as the suspect kept driving after LASD conducted four PIT maneuvers in the Compton area before PIT maneuver No. 5 finally trapped the suspect for good.
Despite being trapped, the suspect tried to move the car one last time, sandwiching one of the deputies in the legs between two cars. That deputy somehow walked off the crash scene without a visible limp.
Over the course of the chase, the suspect was brazen about not surrendering – all while the dramatic pursuit was captured on live TV. When the suspect shook off LASD's fourth PIT maneuver, the driver's complete disregard for their's and the deputy's safeties prompted FOX 11's Rick Dickert to say "This guy does not care!"

Reports of the chase initially came around 9 p.m. In the Compton area Tuesday. From there, the driver made their way to East Los Angeles and eventually into downtown.
At one point it looked as if deputies had the driver cornered in a parking lot. Deputies attempted to pin the car in, but the driver was able to make it out of the area by flying through a fence, and even backing into a deputy cruiser.

Officials did not say where the car may have been stolen from.
After evading deputies, the driver got onto the 5 Freeway, making their way to South Gate, with deputies on their tail. As they transferred to the southbound 710 Freeway, the driver hit speeds of up to 92 miles per hour.
The driver eventually got off the freeway back in the Compton area, driving on the wrong side of the road at times, and blowing through red lights.
Other than drive through fences, possibly stealing the sedan they are in and hitting other cars, it is unknown if the suspect is wanted for other crimes.
