WASHINGTON D.C. (FOX 11) - A federal court rules the US military must allow transgender recruits by the beginning of the year.
The court ruling clarified an earlier injunction against President Trump's order banning transgender individuals from the military.
The judge ruled that The Pentagon must continue to follow former President Obama's transgender recruiting policies.
The Justice Department says it will appeal the ruling.
