LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Dodgers are preparing to defend their 2024 World Series title in less than two months. To help get fans pumped for the new season, the team will once again host its annual Dodgerfest next month.
The event will feature appearances from Dodger players and alumni, auctions for Dodger memorabilia, meet-and-greet opportunities, tours and more. And tickets go on sale this week.
Below is everything you need to know about this year's Dodgerfest.
When is Dodgerfest?
Dodgerfest will be at Dodger Stadium on Saturday, Feb. 1, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Gates open at 10 a.m. that morning.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be on sale for the public at 10 a.m. this Thursday, Jan. 23. Presale tickets go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 9 a.m. PT for premium clients, and 10 a.m. My Dodgers members.
Tickets can be bought at dodgers.com/dodgerfest.
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets will cost $20, with a portion of the proceeds going to Los Angeles wildfire recovery efforts. Parking for the event is free.
What will be different about Dodgerfest this year?
Dodgerfest this year will be held in Dodger Stadium parking Lots B, D and P, as opposed to inside Dodger Stadium itself. That's because of construction going on inside the stadium.
But, team stores and concession stands in the Left Field Reserve section and Top of the Park will also be open.
What activities are there?
Dodgerfest will feature a bunch of different events featuring players, coaches and team alumni, including an interview show with team members, and a Yard Sale and Mystery Bag sale, where you can purchase Dodger memorabilia.
There will also be VIP events like a Jackie Robinson-themed tour, a Vin Scully Press Box experience, photo opportunities with the World Series Trophy and players.
Tickets for those VIP events won't be available for sale until next Tuesday, Jan. 28.
Dodgers to sign Rōki Sasaki
The Los Angeles Dodgers are signing Japanese pitcher Rōki Sasaki. Sasaki announced the decision on Instagram.
Who are the newest players on the Dodgers?
One season removed from committing $1 billion in the offseason to land free agent superstars like Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto, the Dodgers have continued their signing spree, signing Japanese flamethrower Rōki Sasaki, and former Cy Young Award winner Blake Snell, and resigning outfielder Teoscar Hernández, among others.
When does the 2025 MLB season start?
The Dodgers and Chicago Cubs will kick off the 2025 MLB season early, with a two-game series at the Tokyo Dome on March 18 and 19. Most of the rest of the league will start their season on MLB Opening Day, which is scheduled for March 27.
