Man arrested after allegedly shooting Metro bus driver in the face

LOS ANGELES - A man was arrested for attempted murder after he allegedly shot his ex-girlfriend, a Metro bus driver, while she was on duty.
45-year-old Dorian Holt was arrested Dec. 12 in the city of Escondido, shortly after he returned to Southern California, police said in a statement.
He was booked for attempted murder and is being held on $1,000,000 bail.
On November 16, LAPD officers responded to a shooting that involved an MTA driver who was on her break near LA's Thai Town.

According to LAPD, the 56-year-old woman was outside of her bus when Holt arrived "unannounced" and shot her in the face.

She was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition. Police say after the shooting, Holt fled the state. It's unclear where he fled to.
