IRWINDALE, Calif. (FOX 11) - One person was killed in a multi-car crash involving a FedEx box truck that overturned just off the northbound 605 freeway in Irwindale.
The identity of the individual killed in the collision has not been identified at this time.
The crash was reported shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Los Angeles Street off-ramp.
The off-ramp was completely closed to traffic until the on-scene investigation was completed. Traffic on the northbound 605 freeway was backed up to south of the 60 freeway.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
No further details were immediately known.
