Fire breaks out at oil facility near Beverly Hills High School
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - Firefighters were quick to put out a fire that broke out at an oil facility near Beverly Hills High School Tuesday afternoon.
The blaze was reported shortly after 5 p.m. Heavy black smoke could be seen emanating from some sort of mobile oil pump at the facility. No injuries were reported and the fire was contained to the immediate property.
Pedestrian and vehicle traffic had to be temporarily diverted, according to Beverly Hills police.
Crews will remain on scene for an investigation into the cause of the fire.
