Five people injured, including children, during collision on 210 freeway in Sylmar
SYLMAR, Calif. - A 3-year-old boy has been critically injured after being ejected from his car seat following a two-vehicle crash in Sylmar.
The collision happened around 2:10 p.m. Friday on the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway transition road to the northbound Golden State (5) Freeway.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department a 6-year-old girl, 12-year-old boy and two women, 42 and 27, have also been injured in the crash, but their conditions are unknown.
The eastbound 210 Freeway is closed to traffic at Yarnell Street; it is not known when it will reopen.
