GRANADA HILLS, Calif. - Four 7-Eleven stores in the San Fernando Valley were robbed at gunpoint Friday morning and police were working to determine if the crimes were connected.
Around 12:45 a.m., the first robbery was reported at a store in Van Nuys. Then, roughly 30 minutes later, another robbery was reported at a 7-Eleven in Northridge. The third and fourth robberies followed a short time later at stores in Chatsworth and Granada Hills, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Investigators were not able to state whether or not the crimes were connected or how much money was stolen during each robbery, authorities said.
A description of the suspect or suspects was not immediately available.
The investigation was ongoing.
