Jeff Reeb, the Director of LA County's Office of Emergency Management and Christopher Stone with LA County's Department of Public Works joins Hal Eisner to talk about this week's storms, how we prepare for potential problematic weather, the aging infrastructure in our debris basins and keeping people informed.
