On this week's In Depth Hal Eisner discusses the homeless crisis in Los Angeles.

In the first segment we talked about the crisis and what we, as a city, are up against.

In the second segment we discussed how to turn someone down & out on the streets into a success as seen in a story at the beginning of the segment with a man named Alex Cornejo. He had hit rock bottom. Now, he has a home, dogs, a wife, his daughters talk to him again and life is good.

In the third segment we look at how the early prison release program affects homelessness and how we deal with the next ten years.

In the fourth segment we look at next week's show about "The state of hate" in 2-18 and a preview of a 76 year old Angeleno who, as a child, survived the holocaust.
