Bones found in San Bernardino County not human

Skeletal remains found in Loma Linda over the weekend were found not to be human, officials announced.

Officials have determined the remains found in Loma Linda over the weekend are not human, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. 

Officials discovered the remains Sunday around 11:30 a.m. on the perimeter of a property in the 11400 block of San Timoteo Canyon Road. 

SkyFOX images from the scene Sunday afternoon showed a patrol SUV parked in front of the home, next to a moving truck. Two law enforcement officers were seen speaking to someone at the front of the home.

Remains found in San Bernardino County

The remains were discovered on a property in Loma Linda Sunday, according to authorities.

SUGGESTED:

Authorities had previously reported the remains were human but have since determined they are not.
