SANTA ANA, Calif. - Authorities have arrested a man accused of stabbing his roommate to death in Santa Ana.
The incident happened Sunday around 8:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Lowell Street between Flower and Baker streets, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
An investigation revealed the suspect, 25-year-old David James Espinosa, got into a fight with his roommate, 26-year-old William Stephen Nared, and allegedly stabbed him at the home then left the scene on a bicycle. He was detained a few blocks away, police said. Nared died at the scene.

Espinosa was arrested and booked at the Santa Ana Jail on suspicion of murder.
