Police in Highland Park are investigating after a man was found dead in his van.

"It's surprising, he wouldn't hurt a fly. He was always nice to everyone," said the victim's brother, Cesar Juarez. "Cowards, whoever it was."

No arrests have been announced in connection to the man's death. It is also unknown how the man died, but a friend told FOX 11 that it appears his friend had slashes on his body.
