Man killed in Lakeview Terrace car-to-car shooting, crash into building

LAKEVIEW TERRACE, Calif. (FOX 11 / CNS) - A man was killed on Monday in a vehicle-to-vehicle shooting in Lake View Terrace.

The victim was pronounced dead inside an SUV that crashed into a building near the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Osborne Street, a couple of blocks away from the shooting location at the intersection of
Foothill and Terra Bella Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The shooting was reported about 2:30 p.m., police said.

The suspect vehicle was described as a maroon sedan. LAPD says there is no reason to believe that this shooting is gang related at this time.
