NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (FOX 11/ CNS) - A Newport Beach neighborhood was flooded in the 500 block of 36th Street after a seawall was demolished.
Witnesses said a contractor was doing demolition work at a house site and accidentally took out a seawall and that the flooding began when the tide came in.
