One killed, one seriously injured in Van Nuys crash
LOS ANGELES - A traffic crash in the Van Nuys area today left a woman dead and another person critically injured Thursday.
The crash was reported about 7 a.m. in the 16400 block of Roscoe Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Paramedics pronounced the woman dead at the scene. Her name was withheld, pending notification of her relatives. The other person was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation
