SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (FOX 11) - Disturbing news in San Bernardino, where a night of drinking between two buddies goes very bad in a hurry. One man is found dead in a backyard, while the other is found alive -- naked and covered in blood.
29-year-old Marvin Ramirez of Covina was taken away dressed in a plastic sheet. Police say he was dazed and confused as he was put in the back seat of a patrol car.
The coroner, meanwhile, took the suspect's unidentified friend away on a gurney.
No word on the cause of death.
His body was found in the backyard of the home on West 26th Street near Madison street around 10:30pm last night.
Both the victim and suspect were having drinks with the homeowner when the homicide occurred.
Police are not yet saying what prompted the killing.
