101 Fwy deadly crash under investigation
A SigAlert was issued following a deadly crash in the Hollywood area on Nov. 1
LOS ANGELES - A woman was hit by a vehicle and killed on the 101 Freeway in the Hollywood area Wednesday morning.
Officers with the California Highway Patrol were called to the southbound side of the freeway near the Vermont Avenue exit around 5 a.m.
California Highway Patrol confirmed that 33-year-old Alyssa Hardin died at the scene.
Several southbound lanes were blocked in the area while an investigation was conducted.
No further information was immediately available.
