The popularity of 'Pokemon Go' has a lot of people spending time outdoors and it's great for getting some exercise.
But, there's a serious side to heading outdoors in this heat.
Temperatures are expected to get up to 100 degrees this weekend.
Which means, players need to be careful about being outdoors. Some players get so caught up in the game, they don't pay attention to the signs that their bodies may be overheating.
Doctor's say that can lead to heat exhaustion, heat stroke... Or worse, death.
The ways to avoid that are plain and simple:
Don't forget to drink water.
Staying hydrated, taking it easy and staying cool are the best ways to play 'Pokemon Go' without any health problems.
