Police activity shuts down Santa Monica's California Incline for hours before reopening
SANTA MONICA - The California Incline were closed in both directions for hours Monday from PCH and Ocean Avenue due to police activity, according to the Santa Monica Police Department.
Prior to the roads reopening, the public was asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes a little before 2 p.m.
The roads finally reopened in the evening after the police activity concluded around 7 p.m.
