Driver leads police chase across South LA, Inglewood
A driver led police on a chase through LA County, and was able to get away.
LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Police Department was in pursuit of a reckless driver Friday evening in the South Los Angeles area.

5:52: With no officers behind them, the driver pulled over near the intersection of W. 153rd Street and Inglewood Avenue, before making a U-turn and parking in front of a fire hydrant.
5:41 p.m.: The driver made his way to the Moneta Gardens area of Hawthorne, but it appears there are no longer patrol vehicles in pursuit of the driver.
5:38 p.m.: The driver exited into a parking lot and then parked in front of a Mini Mart on Crenshaw Blvd and W 139th Street right on the edge of Inglewood. The suspect parked for a minute, ran inside the business, then ran back to the vehicle with what appeared to be cigarettes.

A driver police chase through South Los Angeles and Inglewood ran into a mini mart for a quick stop before driving off again.
5:32 p.m: The driver was seen driving on the wrong side of the road on S Van Ness Avenue.

5:30 p.m.: The driver is wanted for driving recklessly in the South Los Angeles area.
