Allegedly stolen truck leads police on chase
The truck is leading LAPD on a chase through the San Gabriel Valley.
LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. - A woman is in custody, but not before leading an hour-long police chase across Los Angeles County.
The woman and a man led authorities on a chase across parts of the San Gabriel Valley before stopping and ditching the pickup truck with a dog in downtown Los Angeles.
The woman was tackled after a very brief foot chase and a man with a dog continued talking away from the scene. The man and the dog were both found by police at a nearby McDonald's.
The pickup truck they were in was believed to be stolen. Officials, however, did not specify where the truck may have been stolen from.
