Driver leads police chase across LA County's South Bay neighborhoods

A high-speed police chase is underway involving a possible stolen car.

LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. - The search is on for the suspect who led authorities on a police chase across Los Angeles County.

The suspect, believed to be in the stolen sedan, led the Los Angeles Police Department on a chase on Friday night.

Over the course of the chase, the suspect drove through parts of South Los Angeles, Torrance and Long Beach.

Officials did not say where the car may have been stolen from. As of 8 p.m., no arrests have been announced in the chase.
