COBB COUNTY, Ga. - A Marietta woman is facing a number of charges after a police said she stripped naked, harassed and attacked customers inside a Cobb County Waffle House.
The incident took place Friday night on George Busbee Parkway in Kennesaw. Jennifer Mary Nicholson was arrested after stripping off all of her clothes in front of the customers and staff at the restaurant, according to police.
"Not scared so much, a little concerned," said Jennie Box who says she was attacked by Nicholson.
Box told FOX 5's Nathalie Pozo the woman grabbed her by the arm.
"You need to get your hands off of my arm," Box said she told Nicholson. "Let go of me please, we need to go and it would be favorable for you if you would just leave, please do not make this turn ugly," said Box.
Investigators said after she took off her clothes, she allegedly threw plates at people inside. One of the plates damaged a window and another was thrown at an officer, according to police. Witnesses said Nicholson throw the plates and was harassing customers.
"She came across and hit me in the nose, grabbed me in the chest and made a second attempt to grab me in the arm," said Box. "She broke my nose, broke my glasses, and my phone went flying out of my hand."
Police used a stun gun on Nicholson and even after that police said she resisted arrest. While trying to arrest her police said she scratched a police officer across the chin. Nicholson was arrested and is facing several charges including aggravated battery, public indecency, criminal damage to property and obstruction of officers.
