Suspect leads chase from Bakersfield to Ventura County

A driver led CHP on a chase from Bakersfield all the way to Ventura County.

LOS ANGELES - A driver is in custody – but not before leading a 2-county police chase between Kern and Ventura counties.

SkyFOX was over the 126 Freeway as a driver led the California Highway Patrol on a slow chase Friday night.

The suspect was eventually arrested at a location west of the Santa Paula area.

Officials did not say what crime or infraction the suspect may be connected to.
