NEW ORLEANS - A pro-Palestinian protester was detained during Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday night.
What we know:
Photos from Ceasars Superdome show the protester holding a Palestinian flag with the words "Gaza" and "Sudan" during Lamar's performance of his song "tv off."
The protester, who is dressed similarly to dancers during the performance, can be seen standing on top of the 1987 Buick Grand National GNX upon which the rapper made his entrance.

Photos show the protester being detained and led away by security.
The show continued without interruption and it did not seem as though the person was shown on the broadcast of Lamar’s performance.
What we don't know:
At this time, we don't know the identity of the protester.
It also wasn't immediately clear how they made their way onto the field.
