Suspicious death investigation underway in Santa Ana

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Police on Friday were investigating a suspicious death after a body was discovered near the riverbed north of 5th Street in Santa Ana.

The body was found early Friday morning on a bike path and video from SkyFOX showed a bicycle nearby.

At this time, authorities have not released information as to why the death is considered "suspicious," but said it was being investigated as a homicide.
