Top Property: A look at the Encino mansion once used by HBO’s Entourage

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties' Jill Krutchik’s listing looks like it’s in Italy, but it’s not. It’s in Encino.

This place looks like a two-story, but in fact, it’s a single story. And if it looks like you’ve seen this Encino estate before, you may have.

“It’s a movie star house,” said Krutchik.

5266 Amestoy Avenue is known as the Entourage House because several episodes of that hit HBO show with Ari, Turtle, Drama, Vince and E were shot here.

Overall, Krutchik says the layout of this almost 9,300 square-foot home, built-in 2007, is the same as when those bad boys occupied it.

More than 25-foot trussed ceilings are found in the home’s two great rooms. Six wood-burning fireplaces are sprinkled throughout the property, indoor and outdoor. There are seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, plus more than 2,000 sq. ft. of covered loggia.

The backyard boasts a pool/spa, apple orchard, outdoor kitchen, and built-in amphitheater lawn seating – perfect for a family movie night under the stars.

Asking price for the Entourage House: $5,499,000.
