2 hospitalized in multi-car crash involving Metro bus in Van Nuys
LOS ANGELES - Two people were taken to the hospital after two vehicles and a Metro bus were involved in a crash in the San Fernando Valley on Friday morning.
SkyFOX flew over the scene and showed a large presence of first responders at the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Raymer Street in Van Nuys. Officials said the crash occurred just after 6 a.m.
According to Metro officials, bus 234 was at a bus stop when it was struck by two vehicles involved in an accident.
The bus driver and 50 passengers were on board.
The bus driver and one of the drivers in the vehicle were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The cause of the initial crash is unknown.
