VENICE, Calif. (FOX 11) - A fire broke out early Tuesday morning at the Venice Pier.
Fire crews responded around 4:45 a.m. and put the flames out quickly.
Fire department officials say trash under the pier along with a homeless encampment may have caused the fire.
A city official tells FOX 11 the pier may be closed for several weeks.
