MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A fight in a McDonald's drive-through in northeast Minneapolis has both the store manager and a customer calling themselves victims. But video shot by a witness shows police the person they say is clearly at fault.
Through cell phone video shot by a person waiting in line at the McDonald's on Stinson Boulevard, you can see the store manager, 22-year-old Bernard Robinson III, fighting with a customer for more than a minute with his necktie gripped in the man's hand.

But there's a lot more that happened before and after anyone hit record. Robinson's family said the customer got angry when it took too long for the cashier previously working the window to make change for a $100 bill, plus some of the cash was dropped on the ground.
"The guy just got irate and spit on my son's face," the store manager's father said. "Then he went to grab at him and he grabbed at my son's tie. My son was trying to grab back at him and he had to put the quarter pounders on him to get him off him."
But the customer, 31-year-old Walied Feshir, said he's the real victim.
"He got very angry, started hitting me in the face, and I was kinda knocked out," Feshir told Fox 9. "I tried to hold onto his tie just for self-defense I guess."
Once the tie was loose, witnesses said round two of the fight continued with both men in the parking lot. Police arrived and said Fesher smelled like alcohol, and was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
It wasn't until seeing the video that he was cited for fifth-degree assault.
