Crenshaw's football team to miss playoffs due to vaccine mandate
LOS ANGELES - Crenshaw High School's football season comes to an abrupt end and it's not because of the Cougars' on-field performance.
Instead, it is moreso due to a vaccine mandate sidelining ineligible players.
According to a statement issued by LAUSD, Crenshaw has "insufficient eligible players" on the Cougars' roster ahead of Friday's scheduled showdown against South East.
FOX 11 spoke with the dejected players and coaches as they have to come to grips with their season having to end so abruptly.
