Opening Day for Santa Anita race track

ARCADIA, CA (FOX 11) - Santa Anita park opens for the season on Tuesday, December 26. The 81st winter meet extends until summer and the Triple Crown Races. Opening day is also their Craft Beed and Cider Festival.

General admission is $5. The racetrack is also giving away freebies on opening day. The races start at noon and run every 30 minutes until 5:00pm. Children are welcome in trackside seating areas, but may not purchase packages. For more information, visit their website.
