2 wrongfully convicted to be freed after 17 years

District Attorney Nathan Hochman will make an announcement in the case against Charlotte Pleytez and Lombardo Palacios, who each spent more than 17 years in prison for the 2007 murder of Hector Luis Flores in East Hollywood.
